Nearly one third of Australians state they can not afford having their yearly dental checkups, while yet another 40 percent of Australians say that they do not go for regular checkups.According to a report released by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, reveals that 30 percent of Australians visit their dentists only when they have a serious problem, which often means that common problems such as tooth decay and gum disease are in advanced stages.
